Our services include but are not limited to legal consultation, document preparation, contract review, intellectual property protection, and regulatory compliance guidance. We maintain the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with notice to clients.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Terms of Usage

Our services are provided for legitimate business purposes only. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our service delivery. We reserve the right to terminate services to any client violating these terms.

Service Cancellation

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. For ongoing services, we require a 30-day notice period. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date. We will assist in the orderly transfer of your matters to another legal service provider if requested.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by service type. For fixed-fee services, refunds may be available if requested within 48 hours of service purchase and before any substantial work has begun. For ongoing services, refunds are prorated based on service delivery. Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has occurred.

Intellectual Property

All materials, documents, and advice provided during service delivery remain the intellectual property of LawForITPro. You receive a limited license to use these materials for your business purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with legal professional standards. Information will only be shared as necessary for service delivery or as required by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
